    I don't want to like this coffee as much as I do. 

    One of my biggest takeaways from the World of Coffee Expo in April was that fruit co-fermented coffees were going to be all the rage for the next few years. Like all coffees, some will be OK, some will be good, and some will blow your socks off.  This one is amazing, especially as a summer cold brew! 

    I actually blended this peach co-fermented coffee (35%) with my Colombia ASOBOMBO (65%). The peaches and cherries play off each other beautifully, without losing sight of the fact that this is coffee underneath it all.
