I've named this blend after my dogs, Lilo and Stitch.  (Shhhh...don't tell Disney's lawyers.) After 9+ years of feeding, housing, and cleaning up after this duo, it's time of them to earn their keep.   

It took a while to rework this blend this summer.  We had to keep the Kona, obviously.  We ran out of the Nicaraguan coffee we had been using, but I found a really nice Natural El Salvadorean Pacamara to replace it.  The blend was still lacking something, though, especially as a cold brew.  I finally found its missing piece - just a touch of Kenyan.  It is clean and fruity, with the right amount of depth to round out the blend.  

This blend also tastes incredible hot and it pulls a smooth & creamy espresso shot!
