I've named this blend after my dogs, Lilo and Stitch.  (Shhhh...don't tell Disney's lawyers.) After 9+ years of feeding, housing, and cleaning up after this duo, it's time of them to earn their keep.   

It took a while to rework this blend this summer.  We had to keep the Kona, obviously.  Instead of 2 or 3 other coffees to fill it out, like in past recipes, this year I found a fantastic Natural processed Brazilian to provide the necessary balance.  The blend is an even 50/50 split of the 2 beans, and remains my preferred coffee for Cold Brew.  

This blend also tastes incredible hot and it pulls a smooth & creamy espresso shot!
