• Process - Yellow Honey
• Elevation - 1500 - 1700 masl
• Roast - Light Medium (dropped right as 1st crack ends)

Couple of things to note about this coffee:

• This was a very small purchase, only 35kg, so it won't be here long
• I originally intended to use this in my new Lilo & Stitch Blend, but my profile roasts all told me that this was not a blender.  This coffee needed to shine on its own!

This was a lovely, juicy, creamy coffee at all roast levels, but I settled on a lighter roast to really let the fruity notes shine through.  

This is a perfect coffee for these "dog days" of summer. I adore this as a pour over.  There's enough bright acidity to hold its own as a cold brew. I haven't tried it as an espresso yet, but my gut says it should pull a nice shot if you're into light espresso.  It may take some dialing in, though.
