There's a smooth acidity to the coffee, closer to exotic, tropical fruits like papaya than the more stringent, citrusy acidity of oranges or lemons.
You'll find chocolatey & nutty undertones, of course. There's a nice body, which lingers into an herbal/spiced aftertaste.
Pour-over is probably the best brewing method for this coffee. Drip and French Press are both really nice options. If I wasn't afraid of wasting shots while dialing it in, I imagine it'd make a tasty, creamy espresso option.
