Full bodied. Smooth as hell, with just enough acidity to keep it interesting.  There's a rich chocolatey base note, but it's really the warm baking spices that dominate the nose and the cup.  

This coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified.  In practice (but not certified), they're organic and biodynamic.  Everything that I've found about the farm/estate suggests that it could also qualify for various Wildlife- and Bird-Friendly certifications if they were so inclined to apply for them.
