Let me explain.

I'm waiting for a shipment of new coffees, including the beans that will make up my new espresso blend. In the meantime, my regular espresso drinkers are demanding something to get their fix of that syrupy elixir. I came up with this.

The bags my blends come in don't perfectly match up. For instance, my Yemen Mokha comes in 50 lb bags, but my Java Blue Fire comes in 65 lb bags. For every pair of bags, I wind up with 15 extra pounds of Java. The same thing happened with the Mexican (69kg) and Sumatran (60kg) coffees in my last espresso blend. 

This blend is primarily made up of those 2 beans, but this bag also contains the bag ends of several other coffees, unroasted samples from the World of Coffee Expo, etc. I can't tell you exactly what's in the blend, or their exact ratios, which is why we're offering it at a discount while it lasts. I took the blend into 2nd crack to approximate a typical espresso, otherwise this blend radiates big "trust me, bro" energy.
